Refer & Earn and Partner terms

Member referrals

  1. Referrals must be UK businesses that are new to Swap-a-Lease and join through your link within 90 days of first clicking it. If someone clicks more than one link, the most recent one counts.
  2. A referred business's first listing fee (£39.99) is waived.
  3. You earn £50 when a referred business's lease transfer completes (the funder has confirmed the novation and our success fee has been paid), and £100 when a referred business takes over a lease listed on Swap-a-Lease or orders a New Lease Deal through us and we have received our fee.
  4. Rewards are paid in cash by bank transfer within 30 days of qualifying. We'll email you to arrange payment. One reward per completed transfer or deal.
  5. No self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, spam, or bidding on "Swap-a-Lease" in search ads. We may withhold rewards where we reasonably suspect misuse.

Partner programme

  1. Partners apply and are approved at our discretion. Tiers are reviewed quarterly on completed referrals in the previous 12 months: Bronze 10%, Silver 15%, Gold 20%.
  2. The percentage applies to the fee Swap-a-Lease actually receives (excluding VAT) on completed lease transfers and on New Lease Deals ordered by businesses you introduce, within 90 days of their first click on your link.
  3. Paid monthly in arrears by bank transfer once we have been paid, when your balance is £50 or more.
  4. You must label promotional posts clearly as advertising (for example "#ad" or "affiliate link"), as UK advertising rules (ASA/CAP) require. Don't give financial advice, or make promises about prices, savings or credit approval.
  5. Promote to businesses only. Introductions of sole traders and small partnerships are handled by our FCA-authorised partner and are outside the revenue share.

Rewards may be taxable; you're responsible for your own tax. We may change or end these schemes with 30 days' notice. Rewards already earned will still be paid.
